Party Planning Overdrive

Party planning continues. I've written up a guest list and come up with best and worst case scenario numbers on how many people will be there. I have some Dollar Store shopping to do Friday and then a whole lot of assembly and baking to do!


Today's sneak preview are the labels that will go on all the cute little mini water bottles:

I'll be making hot dogs in the crock pot as seen here. (Thank goodness for Pinterest!) Then in my smaller crock I'll throw together some chili (ahem...open a couple cans of Hormel). There will be relish, ketchup, mustard, cheese, and onions for toppings. Some bowls of chips and (hopefully) a watermelon cut to look like a dino with his mouth open and full of fruit salad! That, I must say, is quite ambitious. I am nervous about that little project, but the wow factor is there and Laithan will be over the moon excited about a dinosaur filled with fruit.

Oh, the things we do for our children.


Hopefully I have time for one more preview on Friday before the big day! Weather is still set to be GORGEOUS. Very grateful for that!
